July 14, 2016 – Sri Trang Agro-Industry Plc’s Narathiwat branch, in cooperation with state agencies of Yi Ngo district, Narathiwat, launched the Fhai Mee Cheevit (Alive Weir) project to dedicate merit to the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej at Ban Palo Batha, Moo 3, Lubo Baya sub-district, Yi Ngo district, Narathiwat. Mr. Yala Baikadem, Yi Ngo district chief, was respective representative to give Yi Ngo sub-district headman the weir. At the event, lunch was provided and water drinks given by the company. We, Sri Trang came together to build the weir in order to reserve water for the community use in the flooding season and also keep water resources abundant sustainably.
