Sri Trang Agro-Industry Plc joins the sub-committee meeting on considering agricultural output.

August 31, 2016 – Sri Trang Agro-Industry Plc joined the sub-committee meeting on considering agricultural output in the Committee on Agriculture and Cooperatives, the National Legislative Assembly, No 26/2016, under the topic of sulfuric acid, as well as following the progress of the outline and standardization criteria in managing and solving odor pollution from rubber production plants. There were director generals from Pollution Control Department, Department of Health, and Department of Agriculture, as well as governor from Rubber Authority of Thailand and CEO from Michelin Siam Co., Ltd to join the conference at the committee conference room of the Parliament Building 2.

Apparently, the company has policy to solve happened problems and also push a rubber quality production ahead in a joint operation with the government and farmers, aimed at building sustainability in every aspect in order to protect national benefits in long term, farmers and general people. In doing business, the firm has strongly intended to work closely with rubber farmers, especially in expanding plants to the raw material resources and also creating jobs throughout 30 years, because the company has had concern on environment and strongly intended to develop values to the society.
