Sri Trang Agro-Industry PLC (STA) was established in 1987 as a producer and exporter of a variety of rubber products, including ribbed smoked sheets (RSSs), TSR block rubber and concentrated latex. STA has been engaged in a continuous expansion and currently has 12 branches as follows

Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company Limited – Trang Branch

The Trang branch of STA was established in 1988 as the first rubber processing plant of Sri Trang Group. It occupies a plot of land with an approximate area of 98 rai. In its initial stages, it produced solely RSSs, with a production capacity of 2,500 tons per year. It later began producing concentrated latex in 1993.

The Chumporn branch of STA was established in 2003 to produce concentrated latex. In its initial stages, its operation was conducted under a lease of a plot of land with an approximate area of 72 rai. It subsequently acquired the land on December 30, 2005.

Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company Limited (Bangkok Branch) consists of many departments such as Natural Rubber Marketing Department, Latex Glove Marketing Department, Logistic Department, Shipping Department, and Management Department including Office Management, Legal, Information Technology, Human Resource, Accounting, Finance, and Investor Relations Department.

The Bangkok Marketing Department is responsible for sales of all products manufactured by the companies in the Sri Trang Group.

Shipping Department
  • In Thailand, services for shipping and logistics activities in relation to the sale of Natural Rubber Products are provided by our subsidiary, Starlight Express Transport. Such services include the arrangement of product shipping and the preparation of the related import and export documentation.

Sri Trang International Pte. Ltd. (STI) was incorporated in Singapore in June 2002 to serve as the trading center of Sri Trang Group.

STI is a global supplier of primary rubber products. STI gains a competitive advantage from having as its sources of natural rubber Thailand and Indonesia, the world’s two largest producers of rubber. Shi Dong Shanghai Rubber Co., Ltd. (SDS) was established in 2004 to expand our operation into the PRC, world’s largest natural rubber consuming country.

Sri Trang Indochina (Vietnam) Co., Ltd.
Sri Trang Indochina (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. (STV), a subsidiary of Sri Trang International Ptd. Ltd. which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of STA, was established in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam in December 2013 with a purpose of trading and exporting of natural rubber latex, smoked sheets, and technically specified rubber.

This newly established company in Vietnam will enable us to expand market coverage in Indochina and gain direct access to Vietnam, the world’s third largest Natural Rubber producer.

Sri Trang USA Inc. (STU) established in 2004, the United States of America (USA), with an intention to expand Sri Trang’s natural rubber markets at the global scale as the world’s leading fully integrated natural rubber company. Presently, Examination Gloves demand has aggressively expanded especially in the Americas. This drives STU who is a specialist in trading and distribution in this area with excellent services shifting its role to be examination gloves sales and distributors in September 2019 under the direct management by Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited; however, STU is still under the common control of the Company.
